Zoological Museum

The museum is located in one of the oldest buildings of Lviv National Ivan Franko University and is one of the oldest university museums of Europe. It was founded in 1784 as the Cabinet of Natural History. On an area of 470 m² are exhibited scientific collections of more than 178 thousand items, about 10 thousand of which form the exposure.Funds of the museum exhibit the wildlife from all over the world.
