National Museum of Natural Sciences of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

National Museum of Natural History was founded in 1870 by Count Vladimir Didushitski. The main building of the museum is an architectural monument of the XVIII – XIX centuries. He is considered one of the oldest and richest natural science funds in Europe, for its collection includes more than 500,000 items, of which there are a large number of natural monuments of world importance.
