Secrets of lions in Lviv

When you walk the streets you can find out one feature of Lviv – lions. Gypseous, stained glass, stoned, with smile, sleeping…There are more than 4,5 thousand different lions in Lviv. During our excursion, you will see the lions near City Hall with shields in their paws, a lion with wings like a symbol of Venice, the house which is famous for the biggest amount of lions, sleeping lions which defend the Powder Tower, Svobody Avenu – with 245 lions on the facades… and many other lions with unique histories and legends.
